Platform Rules and Player Obligations

Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:

• "jlbdt", "Platform", "we", "us", "our" refers to the jlbdt online betting and casino platform accessible at jlbdt.io and all associated sub-domains, mobile applications, and services.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who has registered an account on the jlbdt platform or who accesses jlbdt services in any capacity.
• "Account" means the individual player account opened upon successful completion of the jlbdt registration process.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the player and held in the player's jlbdt account, available for wagering and eligible for withdrawal subject to these Terms.
• "Bonus Balance" means any promotional funds, free bet credits, or bonus amounts credited to a player's account by jlbdt, subject to wagering requirements before conversion to Real Money Balance.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification procedures, including submission of government-issued identification documents and proof of payment method ownership.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the official currency of Bangladesh, denoted by the symbol ৳.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any territory where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law, making access to jlbdt services unlawful for residents of that territory.
• "Content" means all text, graphics, game software, logos, trademarks, data, and other materials available on the jlbdt platform.

Eligibility and Registration

Access to and use of jlbdt services is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times during the period in which you hold a jlbdt account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. jlbdt does not permit access to minors under any circumstances. Age verification is conducted at registration and at the point of first withdrawal. Any account found to belong to a player under 21 will be immediately closed.
• You must be a human individual acting on your own behalf. Registration by corporations, partnerships, trusts, or other legal entities is not permitted.
• You must not be a resident of any Prohibited Jurisdiction in which accessing online gambling services is unlawful. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of jlbdt is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. Providing false registration information is a material breach of these Terms.
• You must not already hold an active or previously suspended jlbdt account. Each individual is permitted one account only.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of jlbdt or any of its affiliated game providers, payment processing partners, or technology suppliers.

Account Management

Upon successful registration and email or mobile verification, jlbdt will open a player account in your name. The following terms govern the ongoing management of your account:

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party.
• jlbdt will never contact you to request your password through any channel, including email, live chat, telephone, or social media. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to jlbdt support immediately.
• You must notify jlbdt promptly if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. jlbdt will investigate reported unauthorised access and may temporarily suspend the account during the investigation period.
• You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account during any session in which your credentials are used, whether or not that activity was authorised by you.
• Account details, including registered name, date of birth, and national identification number, cannot be changed after registration without completing a formal KYC amendment request through jlbdt support. Name changes that do not correspond to a legal name change will not be approved.
• jlbdt accounts are strictly personal. You may not transfer, sell, lease, or assign your account or any portion of your account balance to any other individual or entity.
• Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting jlbdt support. Any Real Money Balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to the player's verified payment method, subject to completion of KYC and any applicable withdrawal processing times.

Deposits and Withdrawals

jlbdt accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following approved payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank. The following terms apply to all financial transactions on the jlbdt platform:

Deposits:

• The minimum single deposit amount is ৳300. Maximum single deposit limits vary by payment method and player account tier.
• Deposits made via approved mobile wallets (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are credited to your jlbdt Real Money Balance within 10 to 60 seconds of successful payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the issuing bank's processing times.
• jlbdt does not charge fees on standard deposits. However, your mobile wallet provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges, for which jlbdt bears no responsibility.
• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — that is, deposits from accounts belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited and will result in suspension pending investigation.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification prior to first processing.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits wherever possible. Where the original deposit method is unavailable, jlbdt may request an alternative verified method.
• Mobile wallet withdrawals for KYC-verified accounts are typically processed within minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on the receiving institution.
• jlbdt reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawal requests above ৳50,000 or where the transaction triggers internal fraud or AML compliance checks.
• Bonus Balance is not withdrawable until all applicable wagering requirements have been fully met. Withdrawal of Real Money Balance while a Bonus Balance with active wagering requirements is held may result in forfeiture of the Bonus Balance at jlbdt's discretion.

Bonuses and Promotions

jlbdt offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion in addition to these general bonus terms:

• Bonuses are credited as Bonus Balance and are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully satisfied. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x) applied to the bonus amount, the deposit amount, or a combination of both, as specified per offer.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, table games, and certain slot categories may carry reduced contribution percentages. Game contribution rates are published in the terms specific to each promotion.
• Bonuses are time-limited. Bonus Balance and associated wagering progress that remain incomplete at the expiry of the stated promotion period will be forfeited without compensation.
• A maximum cashout or withdrawal cap may apply to winnings generated from Bonus Balance. Where such a cap exists, it will be stated in the promotion-specific terms. Winnings exceeding the stated cap will be removed from the player's balance.
• jlbdt reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, amend bonus terms, or cancel a promotion at any time, with or without prior notice. Where a bonus is cancelled after acceptance, any Real Money Balance associated with the player will be preserved and any Bonus Balance will be removed.
• Players who are found to be abusing the jlbdt bonus system — including through the use of multiple accounts, systematic exploitation of bonus structures, or collusion — will have all bonuses forfeited and may face permanent account suspension.

Betting and Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activity on the jlbdt platform is governed by the specific game rules applicable to each product, which are accessible from within the respective game or betting interface. The following general rules apply across all jlbdt products:

• Bets are accepted at the odds or stake rates displayed at the time of bet placement. jlbdt reserves the right to reject any bet at its discretion, without providing a reason, before acceptance is confirmed.
• Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed by the jlbdt system, it cannot be amended or cancelled by the player. In-play bets are processed at the live odds prevailing at the moment the bet is submitted.
• jlbdt uses game content and live dealer services provided by third-party certified providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Pragmatic Play Live, Ezugi, Spribe, NetEnt, and Microgaming. The rules governing these games are determined by the respective providers and are displayed within the game interface.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or platform error that affects the outcome of a bet or game round, jlbdt reserves the right to void the affected round and return the applicable stake to the player's Real Money Balance. Winnings generated from demonstrably erroneous odds or game configurations may be voided at jlbdt's discretion.
• jlbdt sports betting markets are subject to settlement rules specific to each sport and competition. Cricket betting markets, including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures, are settled in accordance with jlbdt's published cricket betting settlement rules. Where a match is abandoned, reduced, or significantly altered, settlement terms outlined in the specific market rules will apply.
• Maximum win limits may apply per single bet, per day, or per event. Where a player's winnings from a single event or session would exceed these limits, winnings will be capped at the applicable maximum and excess amounts will not be paid.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jlbdt platform. Any player found to be engaged in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate account suspension and may face permanent termination without recovery of account balance:

• Fraudulent activity: including the use of fraudulent payment methods, stolen card or wallet credentials, identity fraud, or misrepresentation of personal information during registration or KYC.
• Multiple account operation: creating or operating more than one jlbdt account per individual, whether under the same or different identities or contact details.
• Collusion: coordinating with other players to manipulate the outcome of card games, live casino tables, or any other game format in a manner that provides an unfair advantage.
• Use of automated tools: employing bots, macros, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any automated software to place bets, make decisions, or interact with jlbdt games or the platform interface in a manner not available to manual players.
• Exploitation of errors: deliberately exploiting software bugs, odds errors, pricing discrepancies, or technical malfunctions for financial gain. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a known or discoverable error will be voided.
• Money laundering: using the jlbdt platform for the purpose of laundering proceeds of criminal activity, whether by depositing, wagering, and withdrawing funds with minimal or nominal gambling activity, or by any other method.
• Chargebacks: disputing legitimate jlbdt transactions with your payment provider or bank without first raising the matter with jlbdt support. Accounts subject to unjustified chargebacks will be suspended and the chargeback amount offset against any withdrawable balance.
• Harassment: engaging in abusive, threatening, or discriminatory communications directed at jlbdt support staff or other players through any channel.

Intellectual Property

All Content on the jlbdt platform — including but not limited to the jlbdt brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, graphics, text, and data — is the intellectual property of jlbdt or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

By accessing jlbdt, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gambling purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any jlbdt Content without prior written authorisation.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any jlbdt software or game.
• Use jlbdt branding, trademarks, or logos in any context not expressly approved by jlbdt.
• Create derivative works based on jlbdt Content or frame jlbdt pages within a third-party website without written permission.

All rights not expressly granted under this licence are reserved by jlbdt.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jlbdt hereby excludes all liability for losses or damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses incurred through betting or gaming activity on the jlbdt platform, including losses resulting from reliance on information, statistics, or predictions displayed on the platform.
• Service interruptions, platform downtime, or technical failures caused by maintenance, network outages, or circumstances beyond jlbdt's reasonable control.
• Loss of data, account access, or account balance resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Indirect, consequential, or special damages of any kind arising from your use of or inability to use the jlbdt platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall be construed to exclude liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Privacy and Data

jlbdt collects, processes, and stores personal data provided by players during registration, KYC verification, and ongoing platform use. The collection and use of your personal data is governed by the jlbdt Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions and should be read in conjunction with them.

By registering a jlbdt account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the delivery of jlbdt services. You may withdraw consent for certain non-essential data processing activities by contacting jlbdt support, subject to the limitations described in the Privacy Policy.

Responsible Gaming

jlbdt is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices among all registered players. The following tools and policies are in place to support player wellbeing:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their account settings. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Increases to existing limits are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period before becoming active.
• Session Time Limits: Players may configure session duration alerts and automatic logout timers to manage time spent on the platform.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period of between 30 days and five years, or a permanent self-exclusion, by contacting jlbdt support. Suspension and Termination

jlbdt reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to satisfy KYC or age verification requirements within a reasonable time following a formal request.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion, pending investigation.
• Abusive or threatening behaviour directed at jlbdt staff or other platform users.
• At jlbdt's operational discretion where the continued operation of the account presents a compliance, legal, or reputational risk to the platform.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the player will be notified by email to their registered address. Where the investigation confirms a breach, the account will be permanently closed and any remaining balance may be forfeited in accordance with the specific breach provisions of these Terms. Where no breach is confirmed, access will be restored and any Real Money Balance preserved.

Players who voluntarily close their accounts and subsequently wish to re-register must contact jlbdt support. Re-registration may be refused at jlbdt's discretion.

Amendments to These Terms

jlbdt reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, jlbdt will provide notice to registered players via email to their registered address and by displaying a prominent notice on the platform for a period of not less than seven days prior to the changes taking effect.

Continued use of the jlbdt platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request closure of your account and return of your Real Money Balance by contacting jlbdt support before the amendment effective date.

The current effective version of these Terms is always accessible from the footer of the jlbdt website. The effective date at the top of this document indicates when the current version took effect.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, whether contractual or non-contractual in nature, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. jlbdt operates as a platform accessible to players in Bangladesh. Players are responsible for determining the legality of online gambling in their jurisdiction prior to registering an account and engaging in real-money wagering activity.

jlbdt makes no warranty or representation that the platform is appropriate for use, or that services are available, in all jurisdictions. Access to jlbdt from territories where online gambling is prohibited is strictly at the player's own risk and in breach of these Terms.
